This policy covers the newsletter at newsletter.themeadowsmindset.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

• Your email address — required, so we can send you the newsletter.
• Your first name — optional, used only to address the emails.
• The IP address and browser user-agent recorded at signup, kept as evidence of consent and to catch abuse of the form.

How we use it

Solely to send you The Meadows Mindset newsletter and the emails needed to manage that subscription. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes it

• Supabase — hosts the database holding subscriber records.
• Resend — delivers the confirmation, welcome, and newsletter emails.

Consent and retention

We use double opt-in: you are only added to the list once you click the confirmation link we email you. We keep your record until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribed records are retained briefly to honour the request, then deleted.

Your choices

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. To request a copy of your data or its deletion, email hello@themeadowsmindset.com and we'll action it.
